A New Chapter in Equine Real Estate Across Wisconsin

The last few months of my life have been full in the very best and most overwhelming ways. New beginnings in my family, big professional decisions, and exciting opportunities ahead in the horse world have all come together at once. I wanted to take a moment to share a little life update with you and explain a recent change I made in my real estate career, what it means for my clients, and where I am headed next.

On January first, I welcomed my daughter into the world. Becoming a mom again has been emotional, humbling, exhausting, and incredibly beautiful all at once. This season of slowing down just a bit, soaking in newborn snuggles, and resetting priorities gave me the clarity to reflect deeply on my career and what I want the next chapter to look like. I realized that if I was ever going to make a major move, this window of time was actually the perfect opportunity to do it thoughtfully and intentionally.

With that clarity came a big decision. I officially switched brokerages and joined an equine focused team here in Wisconsin through PinkLady Properties and REAL Broker. This was not an easy move for me. I truly loved the people at my previous brokerage. I loved the office, the mentorship, the friendships, and the environment I was surrounded by every day. Walking away from that was emotional and honestly very bittersweet.

This change had nothing to do with dissatisfaction. It had everything to do with direction.

Deep down, I have always known that horse property is where my heart lives. It is what I studied, what I built my career around, and what I am most passionate about serving. This new team gives me the opportunity to lean fully into that calling. It allows me to work alongside people who live and breathe the equine industry, to collaborate with like minded professionals, and to help establish focused territories across Wisconsin for buyers and sellers looking for true horse property expertise.

What excites me most is how much this move expands what I can offer to my clients. More collaboration, more exposure for listings, stronger connections within the horse community, and new marketing opportunities that specifically target equestrians instead of general real estate audiences. For my sellers, that means better reach. For my buyers, that means access to people who truly understand barns, acreage, footing, zoning, facilities, and what makes a farm functional instead of frustrating.

I am also thrilled about what is coming up this year at Midwest Horse Fair in Madison. Our team will be represented with the PinkLady booth, and this opens the door for something really special for Wisconsin sellers. Properties can potentially be featured during one of the biggest horse events in the state, putting farms directly in front of thousands of serious horse people who are actively dreaming, planning, and shopping for their next place.

On a personal level, life has been full of milestones lately. Between welcoming a new baby, continuing to run Goldsworthy Equine Photography, publishing blog pieces and magazine features, finishing our dream horse barn, and watching my own horse journey keep evolving, I feel incredibly grateful. Busy, yes. Tired, absolutely. But deeply thankful for the people who trust me, follow along, and allow me to be part of such important chapters in their lives.

This rebrand is not about starting over. It is about stepping even more fully into who I already am and who I have always been in this industry.
