"I cannot say enough good things about working with Tori and her team! Tori is a Dream Realtor. After listing with an alternate realtor and viewings going stagnant, she came out to our 20 acre farm after we had already relocated and had meaningful recommendations to be completed prior to listing. Not only did she have the recommendations, but sourced the team to help get them completed and monitored their progress for us! She routinely checked on the property to make sure with us not present and let us know if there was anything askew, which saved us for when a tree fell on the driveway right before photographs! In the final touch up process, she jumped in and helped move things around to make photos look their best, and brought in an amazing company to make the place shine!! After stalling with the prior realtor, the house was under contract <30 days after listing with Tori. We had more showings on the property in the first week it was listed than we had the entire 6 months it was listed with the previous listing agent. Closing was a tad challenging due to buyers agent, but Tori navigated it perfectly and regardless of their added difficulty, we had a stress free day! Every detail and step of the way was easy with Tori and her team. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! "

Her expertise as a Realtor and Equine Property Specialist made all the difference in our home-buying journey. If you're serious about buying a horse property, you need an agent who truly understands them. We learned this the hard way. In our first home-buying experience, we worked with a general residential agent while searching for a horse property. Unfortunately, that agent lacked the necessary expertise. We even had an accepted offer on what we thought was the perfect horse property, but during the inspection, it turned out to be in terrible condition. We backed out of that sale and ultimately settled for a residential home because we didn’t have the right guidance. Our agent didn’t advocate for us or help us avoid mistakes—they seemed more focused on the commission than on our needs. A year later, when we decided to sell our residential home and found Tori, everything changed. She showed us multiple horse properties, carefully listened to what we wanted, validated that our budget WAS reasonable, and always prioritized our best interests. Even when we thought we liked a home, she provided honest feedback about potential issues or reasons it might not be the right fit. Her integrity, deep knowledge of equine properties, and unwavering dedication gave us the confidence to finally achieve our dream. Best of all, Tori helped us find the perfect property—one that truly meets our needs and is everything we hoped for. Our new property was a 3 hr move for us and Tori made the transaction extremely easy on her end!! She found local contractors and arranged repairs on our behalf prior to closing- which made a HUGE impact on reducing stress. She genuinely did so much for us along the way as well.
