I’m so excited to share a little about my time at RISE 2025 in Orlando, the annual conference hosted by The Real Brokerage. This event is designed to recharge real estate professionals, help them refocus, and spark the kind of big-picture thinking that pushes your business forward. And yes… sometimes those big dreams feel a little scary — and that’s exactly how you know you’re on the right track. 🩷


What Is RISE 2025?

For those who might not know, RISE 2025 is the in-person annual conference by The Real Brokerage, held November 3–5, 2025 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL.

Over three days, real estate agents and industry professionals come together to learn, collaborate, and plan for the next phase of their businesses. Sessions include:

  • General keynote speakers
  • Mastermind sessions focused on productivity and growth
  • Peer-led learning
  • High-level networking opportunities
  • A high-energy closing celebration

It’s one of the most valuable real estate events of the year for anyone looking to level up in a shifting real estate market.

My Journey: From New Agent to Taking Flight

Last year, I walked into RISE as a brand-new real estate agent — overwhelmed, excited, taking notes as fast as I could.

This year? I came with intention. I came with strategy. I came with a plan.

I wanted to:

  • Build meaningful connections with top-performing agents
  • Learn directly from those achieving the success I’m aiming for
  • Gain clarity and direction for the next chapter of my real estate career

Being surrounded by agents who are still investing in themselves — even in a slower real estate market — is powerful. Their energy is contagious. Their commitment is inspiring.

Yes — The Real Estate Market Is Slower (But That’s Why This Matters)

We all know the 2025 housing market has been challenging. Lower inventory, tighter buyer pools, and fewer transactions have caused many agents to pull back.

But here’s what RISE 2025 reminded me:

Winners don’t wait for the market to shift — they adapt. They prepare. They build.

The agents at RISE weren’t scaling down. They were leaning in.
And being in that room inspired me to do the same.
