Find a lender in your area! We have a list of trusted, local lenders we can refer you to.
Step 2
Sit down with your agent for a buyer consultation. This is when you will chat about your wants, needs, and any criteria your agent should know!
Step 3
Look at homes that meet your criteria. Your agent will set you up on a market search based on your criteria. This will allow you to favorite, decline, and add comments to various listings. Keep your criteria as broad as possible to make sure you don't miss anything, but you can also make adjustments as you go. Your PinkLady Properties agent will also be on the lookout for properties that haven't hit the market yet!
Step 4
Once you have an accepted offer, work through any contingencies from the offer. Our transaction coordinator will ensure everything runs smoothly and on the appropriate timeline.
Step 5
Walk through your new home right before you close to make sure it is in the same condition you originally saw it. This is also the time to make sure everything that was supposed to be removed from the property has been, and everything that stays is still there. Homes are to be left in "broom-swept" condition by the sellers.
Step 6
Close on your new home. Sign documents and get the keys to your new home!
